Finance Manager

The mission of this position is to contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by guaranteeing that the highest ethical standards and legal compliance in finance transactions are upheld, while achieving individual and franchise sales objectives in the strategic plan.

Responsibilities

Effectively and Efficiently Manages Finance Processes; Ensuring Legal Compliance, Accuracy, Fair Treatment

  • Maintains active knowledge of all current and pending state and federal legal compliance guidelines; understands and complies with Company, local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to the sale of new and used vehicles.

  • Consistently protects the Company from liability throughout the finance process; validates Clients expectations; any disclosure required is reviewed with the Client(s) and acknowledged by signature.

  • Ensures all documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner while consistently protecting Client information.

  • Conducts all business in an ethical and professional manner.

Ensures Integrity of Transactions

  • Ensures that all transactions are completed in a timely manner, ensures all written and verbal representations are accurate and as intended.

  • Consistently ensures that all department files are current, neat, and secured at all times; ensuring full protection of Client information.

  • Prior to delivery, verifies all aspects of the Sales Department's deal structure, such as, but not limited to, rate, residual, advance, and term; ensures that Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is accurate; carefully and consistently reviews Client's credit profile to ensure our ability to secure a lending source at or below the rate being offered to the Client.

  • Before forwarding to administration, carefully and consistently checks all paperwork for correct information such as, but not limited to, title, lien information, and taxes.

  • Verifies payoff information on all trade-ins; verifies proper insurance coverage on all deals.

Effectively and Efficiently Contributes to Achieving Strategic Goals

  • Assists the sales process through completion of the sale while ensuring all corporate finance goals are met on a departmental and individual level.

  • Encouraged and expected to generate additional revenue by negotiating gross profit, maintaining and improving reserves, and by selling aftermarket products and services through consistent use of the finance menu.

  • Leads by example and Promotes excellent Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)/ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

  • Maximizes cash flow by getting funding packages to the General Manager (GM) as quickly as possible.

  • Maintains current knowledge of Manufacturer's policy, procedures, programs, and initiatives; adheres to these practices and integrates as required in all relevant Client interactions.

  • Encouraged and expected to act upon day to day departmental decisions; however, must consult GM and/or Human Resources (HR) before implementation of major decisions.

Designs and Achieves Individual Goals

  • Develops, and consistently monitors, sales financial goals (budgets), with GM & General Sales Manager (GSM).

  • Analyzes market and franchise data to develop growth plan and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Consistently works with GSM to ensure that revenue targets are met.

  • Works closely with GSM to develop and implement cost control strategies.

  • On a weekly and monthly basis, monitors sales and profita

  • Works closely with GSM to develop action plans to correct performance as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent; two (2) years' related andprogressively responsible automotive retailer or Finance Manager experience preferred.

  • License Ideal: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle drivingrecord

  • License Required: Current California Sales License.

  • Successful completion of finance training.

Degree/Diploma

Bachelor's Degree : Business Administration, Finance, Marketing Desired

Licenses Required

Valid CA Driver License, Valid CA Sales License

In this vital role you will be responsible for delivering HCP (healthcare provider) and Consumer primary market research and insights as a part of a team supporting a number of Amgen's brands within the US and Global organization. The individual in this role will work to lead market research projects in order to provide refined market understanding and actionable outputs to brand marketing teams and report to the Commercial Insights Director. The successful candidate will be a business partner, a project leader and will bring insights, taken from multiple sources, to deliver considered opinion to the conversation. They will learn to work through complex processes in day-to-day execution of primary market research, as well as participating in the long-term insight generation plan to support the Marketing teams. Understanding that one of the roles of Commercial Data and Analytics (CD&A) is to act as internal consultants to the brand teams, the communication and interpersonal skills of this person will set them apart from others and blend with their technical ability to execute primary market research, both qualitative and quantitative. * Execute primary market research projects, understanding how the projects support the needs of the Brand Team and contributing to building the insight generation plan required to meet those needs * Learn processes and support key annual activities including Executive Reviews, Brand Planning, Budgeting and business case support by providing objective, insights * Work with Insights Team to help translate Brand Strategy in to leading measures, insight requirements and deliver them in a clear, concise manner * Work to translate the primary market research findings available into impactful insights * Be a positive team member to the other CD&A roles, supporting their work and learning the underlying drivers of the results seen, to help constructively challenge the next stages of any analysis * Work to improve team capabilities by researching and implementing new research tools, internal and external standard methodologies, etc. Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
