Responsibilities of a Finance Manager: ? Very strong Excel modeling skills required. ? Must be analytical, detailed, accurate, dedicated, results-oriented, and highly ethical. ? Must be able to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment. ? Must be proactive and have solid business judgment. ? Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Operational Revenue and Salesforce implementation experience Requirements for the Finance Manager: ? 5+ experience as a Finance Manager; ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; ? A strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles; ? Proficient user of finance software; ? Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Prepares and tracks the annual budget to control the expenditures and track the budget status effectively. </li> <li>Maintain and Improve valuation policies in accordance to US GAAP and improving internal controls over investment procedure to mitigate the business and investment riskesand to achieve the investment goals.</li> <li>Leads venture capital/Fund tax reporting process and annual audit. </li> <li> Provide guidance and accounting policies for local investment teams.
