Finance Manager

Quanterix is a company that is digitizing biomarker analysis with the goal of advancing the science of precision health. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager in Billerica to join our FP & A team. This individual will Serve as a key financer leader working directly with company leadership to report current financial status, analyze underlying drivers, and forecast future performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead annual budget for overall organization and monthly/quarterly rolling-forecasting process

• Drill into our actuals to understand key contributors to variances

• Support monthly/quarterly financial close ensure all financials and headcount information are reconciled for reporting and analytics

• Support Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Operation Review and Board Meeting

• Lead Ad Hoc analyses to analyze profitability and develop/drive decisions

• Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities

• Initiate process improvements to ensure data/reports are presented in a clean/accurate manner

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A/ or Corporate Finance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excel modelling

• ERP and CRM systems

• Sensitivity and scenario analysis

• Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity

• Traits: Analytical, decisive, collaborative, strategic

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and critical thinking skills

Expectations, Skills & Abilities:

• 2-3 days/week onsite in Billerica
