This position manages the tacticaland strategic support of pricing/promotions in the Consumer Brands Group OrderManagement systems, while providing a shared services concept to all Divisionsand Departments for all customers.


  • Manages the processof promptly and accurately creating and/or updating pricelists and promotions.

  • Manage and monitorthe Pricing Workflow and Pricing Group e-mail databases on a daily basis.

  • Address items thatappear to be unresolved within a specified time frame.

  • Research customerprice/promo related deductions or small balance write offs.

  • Root cause analysisto identify problems and ensure accuracy.

  • Track price relateddeductions and reclassify to gauge true Pricing Group errors.

  • Successfulimplementation of any new business integration/acquisition, either by creatingnew functionality or negotiating changes to current business practices.

  • Managing, recruiting,training and developing the Pricing staff.

  • Responsible forproper account alignment within the Pricingdepartment.

  • Prepare and deliver

Performance Appraisals on an annual basis. Establish goals and ensure standardsare met.

  • Continually providecoaching and feedback to others to help strengthen specific skills to helpaccomplish their goals.

  • Creation/documentationof Policies and Procedures, project analysis/design/testing, price audits,pricing workflow, pricing e-mail database.

  • Develop good workingrelationships with all Division Departments including, but not limited to,Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, Data Integrity and IT, in orderto accomplish business goals.

  • Continuouslyseek opportunities to support and improve our day to day business as it relatesto Pricing. (Including preparing Project Requests, coordinating meetings, be aresource during build phase, testing etc)

  • Act as a liaisonbetween Customer Financial Services and the IT department for trouble shootingsystem issues with AOM and QAD.

  • Advocatefor the Continuous Improvement efforts for Pricing within Customer Financial Services.




  • Bachelor'sDegree


  • Bachelor'sDegree in Business related field



  • Atleast 2 years of Supervisory experience

  • Knowledgeablein Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AOM Order Management


  • Knowledgeof Onbase, E-Trac, Business Objects, and other LAN applications



  • Demonstratedproficiency in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data

  • Musthave strong analytical and communications skills to effectively communicatewith all levels of employees and outside contacts.

  • Activelyseeks alternative solutions and implements process improvements.

  • Adaptableto any change

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Summary The Relationship Manager (RM) identifies, structures, negotiates, documents, and closes project finance transactions for Huntington National Bank (HNB)'s Renewable Energy Finance (REF) group utilizing non-recourse debt and tax equity structures. In addition, the RM is the main point of interaction with the sponsor/developer through the term of the financing relationship. Detailed knowledge of the renewable energy finance market and transaction experience in renewable energy debt and tax equity project finance, strong structuring, pricing, negotiation, and documentation skills required. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new transaction opportunities * Identify and develop new sponsor/developer relationships * Assist HNB relationship managers on renewable energy financing opportunities with existing and prospective bank clients * Perform pre-commitment transaction diligence * Create competitive and profitable proposals using debt and tax equity financing structures * Project level debt * Back levered debt * Sale and leaseback * Tax equity in partnership flip * Represent and be accountable for transactions in HNB * Negotiate transaction documents * Interact with external counsel, independent engineer, appraiser on pre-closing transaction diligence * Close transaction in coordination with HNB sales support * Interact with client on post-closing items and requests Basic qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 5 years' experience in renewable energy project finance including tax equity structures Preferred Qualifications: * Strong analytical and pricing skills (experience with ABC preferred) * Strong structuring, negotiation, and documentation skills * Strong diligence skills * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel * Ability to travel as needed Huntington Bancshares Inc Cleveland OH
