As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will manage the finance team and drive key cross functional business practices such as management of the budget and forecasting processes. Your will prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget. Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitor divisions and subsidiaries adherence to budgets. Develop, implement, and integrate financial practices across multiple organizations and locations. Develop, recommend, and implement financial policies, practices, and process changes.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to manage processes, and identify cross-functional issues. Demonstrated leadership skills. 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired.

Finance Manager, North America Applications Consulting
The NAAC finance team ensures that the NAAC business leaders are provided with current and accurate revenue, expense and headcount forecast information. As a Finance Manager this role will partner with Sales, Operations and business leadership to ensure accurate forecast and actuals reporting. This position will support full P&L and headcount management for multiple VPs, within the NAAC organization.
The finance team leads finance business support and drives core financial processes, including; budgeting, planning, P&L management, headcount management, and forecasting. This role is the trusted financial advisor for two group vice presidents (and their teams) in the organization. This role will ensure team members model, analyze, consolidate, and summarize information. Recommendations and insightful analysis will be delivered through regular connections and business reviews.
Manager will oversee their team, contribute individually and work closely with other finance groups including finance shared services. They will also work closely with Sales Operations and Business Operations. Work is often non-routine and the business is fast changing. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where they work independently and lead partners and other team members for results. They will drive automation of reporting to improve responsiveness, redundancy, and overall efficiency.

Personal Skills and Qualifications:
