Description
As our company continues on its path of steady growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of Finance Manager, which reports directly to the General Manager at HighRoad Press. This position requires direct involvement in both plant operations and corporate finance activities and initiatives as required. Duties include overall responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational management information to be used in reporting financial results.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Assisting in Monthly Financial Close process
Producing financial statement analysis to support management
Leveraging information systems and est ablishing efficient processes
Treasury function: managing cash flows & bank reconciliations
Implementing best practices and productivity initiatives company-wide to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness
Other Responsibilities Include:
Sales Reporting
Gross Margin & EBITDA Reporting
Business unit financial reporting and analysis
Work directly with the General Manager on process improvement
Work on projects that integrate our divisional reporting
Communicating with accounts payable, billing, and inventory control to maintain accuracy & integrity of the financial statements.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree is required
CPA (can be non-active) is preferred
On-site required
Physical Requirements
Frequent use of word processing and other computer programs, and other stationary work at an office workstation for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity and coordination.
Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility.
Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and others in person and by phone
