Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a team of two financial analysts and provide appropriate guidance and mentoring
Manage month-end financial reporting and delivery of month-end operations reports
Manges, modifies and regularly updates our 10-year strategic planning and valuation model
Manage financial system (Anaplan), which includes building, developing, documenting and maintaining financial models/budget to support the FP&A team
Managing financial models that includes data management, user administration, maintaining lists, modules, dashboards and other model setting to meet business requirements.
Provide strategic and tactical support on the monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting and planning processes
Prepare executive level presentations, including Board of Director presentations and earnings call support packages
Recommend, develop and implement operational analytic models for strategic and operational decision-making including, but not limited to: Customer and Product profitability; Global operating KPI's; Trend analysis and business Influences.
Provide regular and ad hoc analysis, including reporting and modeling; and drive insightful analysis of business performance
Continuously improve and work across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, and leverage best practices
Partner with other members of the finance/accounting teams globally to complete cross functional projects
