We are currently seeking a Finance Manager for the Work Dynamics Client Finance hub in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning & reporting functions for several North American clients of the hub.
What this job involves:
Oversee client billing processes to ensure proper fee calculation, invoicing, and recognition of costs.
Manage period-end client closing activities to ensure integrity and accuracy of the client-facing financial reports.
Act as trusted advisor regarding financial operations to JLL account leadership.
Partner with the on-account JLL team and the client to provide to provide clarity to JLL's financial reporting and processes.
Provide leadership for the annual budget and periodic forecast processes.
Issue monthly financial packages and performance metrics to appropriate JLL account team and client personnel.
Ensure understanding and adherence to key procedures and processes.
Maintain working knowledge of and compliance with the client Master Services Agreements (MSA's).
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Maintain all necessary accounting controls within the framework of JLL policies and procedures.
Manage JLL corporate accounting requirements including monitoring the JLL client-specific income statement, periodic budgeting, and monitoring corporate receivables.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and other JLL internal review standards.
Manage the development and workload of assigned Client Finance team staff.
Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
Management/supervisory experience preferred
MBA and/or CPA preferred
Strong accounting and analytical skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Experience with presentations to internal and external stakeholders
