JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Build financial plans and forecasts, including annual budgets and long-range plans

• Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analyses

• Manage, streamline and enhance monthly management reporting

• Provide strategic insight and analytical support to help guide business decisions

• Develop business case models

• Assist with consolidation for the Driven Brands portfolio as well as identification of key risks, opportunities and drivers of the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business; preference to Finance, Accounting, or similar field

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, corporate strategy, consulting, or analytics

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Keen analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes

• Experience communicating and presenting to leadership

• Self-motivated, team player and can-do attitude!

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Knowledge of planning technologies; Oracle preferred

• Experience using Power Query or other querying tools

• Experience building detailed financial models
