The Finance Organization:

South Area Consumer Team:
This Finance Manager position supports the South Area organization, which focuses on the consumer segment. Responsibilities include:
Evaluate key P&L revenue and cost line items and serve as the functional expert for the team by providing strategic guidance and insights during the analysis process.
Interpret and evaluate monthly analyses of business trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations for management review and strategic business sessions.
Provide research and analysis for equipment, revenue, and TMP, including recommendations for management reviews.
Develop outlooks and budgets for your respective subject matters in accordance to zero based budgeting protocol.
Partner with accounting and your peers to develop costing/profitability models to perform risk management analysis.
Assess the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership.
Design, develop and implement methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other business field or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Even better if you have:
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business field.
A professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA).
Project management experience.
Communicated financial data to sales professionals and executive levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities and critical deadlines.
Analytical capability with the ability to structure budgets and outlooks with a high-level strategic vision.
Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations.
Knowledge of reporting & analysis and costing / profitability methodologies and processes.
Experience working in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in Essbase, cubes, Tableau.
Experience in building and tracking expense budgets.
