Finance Manager

Finance Manager Akron, OH Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their accounting operations and provide strategic financial insights. This role combines hands-on accounting oversight with high-level financial analysis and management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance Manage the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements Lead tax preparation and compliance efforts Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports for executive leadership Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities Manage budgeting and planning processes Implement and optimize financial systems and processes Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including team management Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities Demonstrated leadership and project management skills Experience in financial modeling and data analysis LI-AE6 INSEP2024 INAUG2024 ZRCFS
