Actual Job Title: Regional Finance Director

  • This position oversees all facets of dining accounting for 85 to 90 dining units. This includes monthly close, budgets, forecasting, AR and collections, AP, and assists with ICRs. Also, this position provides reporting and analysis to assist RD in making operational decisions.

  • Bachelors in Accounting / Finance required

Job Summary

This individual will oversee all accounting and financial activity within the District, including forecasting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures financial statements are prepared in an accurate, complete and timely manner

  • Ensures training and development of all accounting and clerical staff within the District

  • Provides financial support and guidance to operations

  • Assists with new business return on investment pro-forma including risk analysis

  • Assists Sector Finance team with keeping operations focused on optimization of working capital

  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience

  • At least 5 years' relevant experience (including revenue control, financial reporting, cash handling, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

Our Corporate Solutions Group creates transformative outsourcing partnerships that help our clients improve the performance of their real estate portfolio. This Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial planning & reporting functions for a prominent JLL Client. Our Finance manager will work from our JLL-Charlotte office and will serve as a key contact to Account Leadership, Corporate Finance and Client Accounting Services. What this job involves: * Direct management of at least one resource * Direct management of account P&L (budgeting and forecasting) * Issue monthly financial package and metrics to appropriate account and client personnel on a timely and accurate basis * Formulate and lead P&L discussions with Senior Leadership * Manage SOW contracts - full life cycle financials and invoicing * Conduct periodic reviews of JLL performance against budget * Function as a resource to JLL teams to ensure adherence to key financial processes * Prepare monthly internal CAS reporting packages, answer questions as required to ensure compliance within our US and Canadian accounts. * Manage reconciliation of US and CA balance sheet accounts * Prepare month-end accruals, analysis and invoicing for JLL At-Risk/Incentive fees * Ensure compliance with GAAP, JLL Internal Audit and ASC606 internal review standards. * Ensure compliance with client Master Services Agreement (MSA) and amendments * Review and approve travel expense reports and relevant invoices in company system. * T&E oversight - maintain Finance Sharepoint site and necessary T&E reporting. * Manage accounts receivable, provide reporting to Finance Leadership as necessary. * Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.
