This position is responsible for analysis and reporting to support the business unit. Will work with the division CFO and business leaders to provide reporting and analytics for the business in a timely manner. The role will produce and monitor KPIs for the business and develop predictive measures to help identify variances from plan. This role will further work with the division CFO and business leaders in creating strategies to improve standard operating procedures along with assisting in the execution and oversight of new initiatives. Involves heavy analysis of high volume business, analyzing volume and capacity, P&L performance by site locations, and other in-depth assessment of the business. This role requires the ability to think and work independently but necessitates working in a team environment. Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills.


  • Analyze volume, capacity and expense trends, compare to plan and forecasts.

  • Work with division CFO & business leaders to build quality forecasting and reporting abilities, ensure accuracy, and timeliness of reports.

  • Build forecasts based on trends and business leader input.

  • Hands on analytics of key business drivers for revenue and costs.

  • Monitor activity throughout the month and provide weekly updates on KPIs.

  • Monitor expense trends & review for unusual events. Provide explanation of variances.

  • Work with division CFO to create repeatable processes and drive quality improvement.

  • Prepare presentations for management on weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual schedules.

  • Produce monthly financial reporting & analysis on business trends.

  • Analyze results and prepare forecasts and bi-weekly revenue updates.

  • Recommend enhancements that improve reporting or forecasting around volume and capacity planning


  • 3-5+ years of financial analytics experience

  • Proven track record in process management

  • Experience with financial reporting & presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills a must

  • Strong MS PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS office products.

  • Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach.

  • Requires attention to detail and solid documentation techniques.

  • Must have experience gathering high volume data sets and manipulating data into relevant information.

  • Must have experience communicating data in an effective manner

  • Experience in Healthcare industry a plus

  • Must have excellent balance of speed vs. accuracy along with a strong ability to multi-task effectively

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance a must, advanced degree a plus.

VIEW JOBS 5/23/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-21T00:00 Overview The Ciox team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead one of its $100M+ Zone P&L's. This role will be a key member of the CRI Finance leadership team and will have responsibility for all financials related to the P&L from Orders, Revenue through EBITDA. The role will operate and engage as a strategic operating partner to the Zone GM's in driving operating efficiencies, productivity, account management, capacity and demand planning and execution. The Senior Finance Manager will also be involved commercial finance activities including driving pro formas and analyzing ROI's. This associate will be able to influence across a variety of leaders including both finance and operations. The role reports directly to the Division CFO for CRI. This role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills and is instrumental in delivering awesome for Ciox. Responsibilities * Work with CFO, FP&A & business leaders to build quality forecast, measure against forecasts, determine trends and highlight areas of opportunities. * Support Commercial team in driving pro formas for exceptions. Monitor performance of new wins and recommend margin improvement opportunities as needed. * Partner hand-in-hand with business GM, VP's and regional managers to drive effective capacity and demand plans. Partner in delivering high rate of customer retention, productivity and financial performance for the zones. * Ensure accuracy in reporting; analyze trends and recommend continuous improvement to drive financial performance. * Manage monthly closing activities and planning as required by interfacing with the FP&A and controllership teams. * Partner with BI teams to develop and automate key performance indicators and reporting for the P&L. * Work with the CFO, Operating team and finance team members to recommend, develop and implement processes that will guide the effectivity of the finance function. * Lead high-value, high-return business reviews along with GM's to highlight business performance to management. * Lead other finance-related activities based on direction from management or the Division CFO. Qualifications Basic Qualifications * BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias. * 7-10 years' experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results. * 3+ years of experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications * MBA/CMA or other advanced degrees a plus. * Ability to think strategically and creatively while applying excellent business judgment. * Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills * Experience in Healthcare industry a plus. * Advanced Excel skills, Strong MS PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS office products.
