This role will report to Finance Director of Business Support for BSRO and will be part of a broader team focused on supporting BSRO business units. While general support and analysis of the business will be expected, this role will primarily be responsible for providing financial support for our Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain function.
Our Merchandising and Marketing team is responsible for all our product & service offerings and our go to market strategy including pricing, promotional activity, our marketing campaign including TV, Radio, Print & Digital, as well as our customer relationship management activities. Analyzing product & service unit, sales and margin trends and providing visibility to strengths and opportunities
Completing price elasticity analysis and partnering with business to develop comprehensive pricing strategy to maximize profit and market share
Evaluating ROI on promotional activities and partnering with business to develop promotional calendar that maximizes profit and market share
Analyzing $100M+ of annual marketing spend and evaluating best investments to maximize return
Financial modeling and analysis for strategic growth projects including loyalty programs, warranties, prepaid maintenance programs, direct sourcing opportunities, etc
Responsible for developing product & service units, sales and margin forecasts to be used for annual budgets, 5-year strategic plans and monthly forecasts
Develop reporting and analyzing Cash Conversion Cycle and DSI plan for Tires and Parts
Analyzing Inventory models and optimizing to maximize business results including long term plan
Developing a strategic process for introducing inventory into the discontinued tire product cycle
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree required
