Description:The Finance Manager oversees management and maintenance of BBUs Oracle ERP system Bill of Materials and WIP Manufacturing Modules.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview Engineering Change Order (ECO) requests for accuracy, completeness and authorized approvals.Maintain Oracle bill of materials module for all bakeries and all manufactured products to include: bakery level new product, formula maintenance; labor maintenance; run speed and scaling weight maintenance for both BBU operating in Oracle r11 and Bimbo Frozen operating in Oracle r12.Support connected applications that rely on Oracle BOM r11 and r12.Perform computations necessary to prepare bakery operating data for computer input.Perform cost rolls and frozen cost maintenance.Maintain service level agreements on ECO turn-around times and accuracy.Must be able to assimilate increasing complex shop floor activity with the addition of long code production to Bill of Material Structures.Must be able to trouble shoot by responding to, analyzing and solving transactional issues related to BOM and Routing Structures.Interface with bakery personnel on accounting and bill of materials issues.Assist with product costing and compliance activities as needed.Support team members in related job functions on ad-hoc basis.Lead or contribute to special project initiatives on an ad-hoc basis. Position
5+ years finance (cost accounting experience) preferably in a manufacturing environment.Bachelors Degree, Accounting or Finance major preferred, or equivalent work experience.Oracle or related ERP experience preferred.Skills and Knowledge Proven managerial skills related to people and systems. Strong technical skills in Oracle r11 and Oracle 12 Engineering and BOM modules.
Working knowledge of Bill of Materials and Labor Routings.
