What is this role about?
ServiceMaster is currently recruiting candidates for an elite 18-month Leadership Development Program which includes several diverse rotational experiences and many opportunities for growth and professional development. This intensive program is designed to provide participants with a "fast track" to more senior Finance roles and help build our Finance team's leadership bench strength.
Each individual's experience will be unique, but below are examples of potential program rotations:

Mergers and Acquisitions
While on rotation, Finance LDPs serve as a fully functioning member of their assigned team with real accountability for leading projects, partnering with business leaders, and delivery of key financial services.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in a Finance related discipline (GPA 3.0 or above)
Previous work or internship experience in Finance highly desirable
Strong evidence of prior leadership experience
Solid interpersonal, written and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and creativity
Analytic and problem-solving capabilities
