Job Description

There are multiple possible internship positions concerning Finance including Trade Spend, Commercial Finance, BBP Finance, and Business Analytics.

Depending on your profile and the expertise of our Finance leadership, you will be placed in one of the roles mentioned above. Your preference is of course respected as much as possible. Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

  • Financial & Analytical Support to Sales Teams

  • Monthly Performance Review

  • Analysis of monthly closing

  • Preparation of routine reports

  • Accrual management

  • Provide insights in our trade spends.

  • Make sure all retrospective discounts are correctly in our system.

  • Invoice management

  • Approve, validate & reconcile customer invoices to accruals.

  • Pricing management

  • Make sure all customer agreements are reflected in our ERP system and we invoice our customers with the correct prices.

  • Dispute management

  • Investigate and solve pricing disputes between Kraft Heinz and its customers.

  • Promotional management

  • Creating and changing promotions based on input of the Sales department.

  • Master data support

  • Filling new customer forms and new material forms, updating external databases (GS1).

In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university. * Non-EU students in non-Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student and the internship should be a compulsory part of your studies.
