As a Digital Finance Intern, you will need to approach each day with a positive and open-minded attitude and be ready to learn. This role will primarily be focused on assisting with our team-wide goal of improving the quality of the benefit value capture/investment insights that drive management reporting.
This role is directly linked to management's need for Digital insights that allow them to understand the profitability of our efforts and guide future investment. This internship is flexible and can be customized to provide learning opportunities consistent with the Intern's goals. As for growth/promotion, Lincoln's Finance function always has a need for talent that is well-equipped to succeed in the rapidly-changing world of Finance.
What we look for in candidates:
College sophomore or junior
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Demonstrated leadership potential
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to relocate (if applicable) for summer program
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
