Position Overview:

Join MMI Engineered Solutions as a Finance Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of finance. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity for junior or senior college students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the US Operations team in processing Accounts Payable paperwork, from completion to the check run.

• Support US Operations in processing Accounts Receivable invoicing paperwork for US Component Products.

• Aid in monitoring discrepancies and issues with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

• Conduct research to identify the sources of discrepancy issues and collaborate with the responsible departments for resolution.

• Compile data and assist in preparing monthly metrics as required.

• Contribute to other accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience.

• Sound knowledge of relevant accounting functions, systems, and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

• Effective problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
