This candidate's primary responsibility will be developing and pricing compliant proposals for Enterprise Operations (hEBS).
Analyze request for proposals (RFP) and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals.
Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support proposal efforts, and use ProPricer to price ensuring proper application of labor hour estimates, labor rates, overhead rates, and travel requirements.
Coordinate for hEBS finance all proposal activities from initiation to final approval interfacing with internal technical POCs and BA proposal teams
Ensure that proposal pricing is in compliance with all Cost Accounting Standards and Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.
Create and improve processes to ensure compliance.
The candidate's other responsibilities include the management of the hEBS Employee Support Pool (ESS) and leading the finance charging guidance team. This tasking represents approximately 25% of the role's time commitment.
Monitor and manage the expense in the ESS pool and tracking the pool base to ensure performance of the ESS rate.
Perform monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and risk and opportunities assessments.
Annual planning and quarterly forecasting of the expense in the pool requiring coordination of inputs across many different functions.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Ability to perform and apply cost accounting, pricing, and estimating concepts and principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
