Strategic role providing finance support for cash management products within a $3T multi-national bank. Support product-level costing, evaluation of product profitability. Responsible for forecasting revenue and expense tied to cash management products. Manage and develop product-level reporting.
Prepares detailed financial analysis, projections, and monthly product reports.
Monitors the department's performance with relation to budgetary boundaries and forecast expectations.
Allocates resources according to accomplishing the business objectives.
Assists with forecasting and establishing annual resource requirements.
Provides financial analysis support and business case analysis for new business initiatives, cost benefit analysis and modeling "what-if" scenarios.
Coordinates with Corporate Finance, Operations, LOB Managers and other stakeholders in building and developing processes for product revenue and cost reporting.
Represents department as a finance liaison to support business products and liaise with internal Bank departments and Business Partners.
Coordinates materials for forecast process and quarterly business review meetings. Performs and monitors periodic financial and business plan reviews.
Will manage at least one incumbent.
Typically requires a BA/BS degree from a four-year college and 5 to 10 years of experience as a financial analysis manager or comparable experience; MBA a plus.
Requires management experience providing financial analysis support to a reporting unit or suite of financial products, with special emphasis on the development of reporting and measurement methodologies linked to liquidity and cash management products.
Requires ABC costing Cost Accounting background.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in developing and utilizing PC-based spreadsheets, aggregating and summarizing data and utilizing analytic tools to develop reporting and analytic models and estimation tools.
People leadership and development a strong plus.
