Finance Coordinator

• Required to be in Marlborough, MA office every Tuesday & Wednesday

Are you looking to jumpstart you finance career and grow within a Fortune 100 company? Our Finance Coordinator position is the perfect place to start! This role allows you to apply critical mathematic, analytical, and computer skills that help you develop a vital foundation in the finance industry.

• Review, update, and/or enter invoices and information into system

• Identify and research information which includes partnering with peers and external departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Prepare and provide monthly reporting and analysis using Oracle Reporting and Excel; build reports as needed

• Reconciles and balances sales information

• Address customer service issues and research discrepancies

• Offer training to peers and/or new hires as needed

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree highly preferred

• Experience in finance, cash office, or banking strongly preferred

• Ability to assess and shift workflow ensuring both individual and Department deadlines are met

• Ability to work independently as well as a team

• Strong problem solving and follow-through skills

• Strong Microsoft Office, general computer, and computation skills

• Strong Attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to diffuse sensitive situations.

This position has a starting salary range of $19 to $24.25 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
