Key Qualifications

Experienced Leader with strong business acumen10+ years of Finance/Accounting experience with a focus on business partnering and building and leading a high-performing team.Highly motivated manager who is detail oriented, meticulous and possesses a high level of business insight and technical skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and impact business results across teams.Collaborative and able to build consensus and lead meetings across cross-functional teams while challenging assumptions in a relevant way.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.Proven ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at micro and macro level and summarize into key points to lead change and influence behaviors.


The Apple People Organization Finance Manger leads financial management of all operating expenses for Apple's People function. The Finance Manager will oversee plan, forecast and quarterly close for the People Organization function.

In addition, the Finance Manager will work closely with the business to assess the operational needs and create financial plans to support these needs and meet investment criteria. The Finance manager will: develop models to ensure accurate forecasts and ability to quickly assess multiple scenarios; figure out and measure key performance metrics; track key strategic initiatives; and provide financial and analytical leadership on cross-functional teams. - Key Responsibilities Include: Partner with People Leadership Team on business initiatives and key strategic decisions Provide detailed financial analysis and recommendations to People Leadership Team and Finance Leadership to support decisions Oversee quarterly close, monthly forecasts and annual plan for People Organization Lead day to day management of operating expenses with business partners and develop concise, effective reporting and analysis to manage, measure, grow and optimize the business Collaborate with finance partners including GFSS, IS&T, Corp FP&A and Technical Accounting to ensure full financial support and compliance Lead Financial Analysts that support the function; including coaching, mentoring and feedback on a regular basis to support the continued development of the team


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred, CPA or MBA ideal.
