Minimum Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum Required Experience

• Experience with Banner software, Touchnet Application, COGNOS software and BI products and processes.

• Experience with relational databases.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Access and Word.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and end user support for the Banner Finance Module.

• Manage Ellucian Banner security, Banner approval queues, and Banner System interfaces.

• Manage and assist with testing activities for new Banner functionality, implementations, modules upgrades, and patches.

• Provide technical/functional assistance by responding to inquiries, errors, problems/questions relating to Banner System.

• Design reports utilizing COGNOS Software.

• Provide supplemental training to functional office users.

• Finance liaison for Marketplace.

• Support overall integrity of financial reporting by monitoring and validating program integrations with Banner Finance.

• Other duties as assigned.
