Job Description
Are you an experimented Financial Analyst who strives to advise senior managements on appropriate business planning and help in decision making processes? Are you proud to add business value and exceed expectations?
We are looking for a pro-active and energetic business analyst with at least 10 years of business/financial experience and at least 5 of which involved budget management.
Based in Manassas, VA, you will be responsible for the financial analysis and support the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decision for the company.
What to Expect
You will lead the preparation and analysis of monthly/quarterly financial reports for a large and complex group
You will coordinate the data collection and ensure in-depth knowledge and understanding of key business drivers and challenge where relevant
You will prepare business cases or cost/benefit analyses
You will prepare and make presentations to senior managers and Executives.
You will manage budget and forecast for a large Group, present results and recommendations to management.
You will actively strive to improve internal processes and support to the business
You will monitor, coordinate and supervise other team members
You will act as primary centre of expertise for planning, financial and performance management related processes for planning units and Group head.
You will proactively assess impact of business changes into own areas of activities
You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and others in an international environment within a team located across three continents

Education
University degree.
Experience
At least 10 years' experience in similar environment, and at least 5 of which involved budget management.
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is 111,720.00 - 207,480.00 MAXIMUM USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
