Hyve Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to project manage in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position requires a balance of technical and business know-how and the ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with Hyve's internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve Hyve's proprietary ERP system. The ideal candidate for this role should understand accounting and finance, including a basic understanding of SEC filings, and should enjoy and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Work with technical, process, and functional teams to integrate business financial and accounting and other corporate requirements with Hyve's proprietary ERP system

  • Act as a liaison between end users and IT teams to develop, implement and/or improve business operational processes and ERP enhancements

  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage information from data warehouses and provide visibility to stakeholders

  • Oversee the design, plan, and development of new financial, accounting, and corporate-related IT tools, applications and portals

  • Coordinate ERP development efforts with user requirements, testing, sign-off and business integration

  • Project prioritization and objective management to meet business-required milestones

  • Regularly test ERP infrastructure and deliver a vulnerability assessment and work with IT resources to address gaps in the ERP infrastructure

  • Manage large-scale projects as well as multiple smaller projects

  • Effectively analyze and translate business needs and requirements to internal IT resources

  • Track and report development statuses (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks, and issues) to appropriate management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years related financial, accounting or project management experience

  • Preferred understanding of financial terminology, cost and pricing breakdown structures, financial reporting and management in relation to a manufacturing business model

  • Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Ability to interact and collaborate with internal technical teams

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive IT, functional, and technical resources

  • Experience supporting the management of an initiative from a concept through to a concrete deliverable applying specialist technical knowledge

  • Demonstrated verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to change the thinking, or gain acceptance, of others in sensitive situations

  • Deep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

  • PMP and/or CSM certification preferred but not required

  • Technical expertise with Jira and Confluence preferred but not required

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Executive presence
