As the company is transitioning to become a leading Healthcare solutions organization, the Finance Business Partner CT/AMI will join the Business CT/AMI Finance team which is responsible for co-managing the CT/AMI business portfolio and support strategic decisions (i.e. investments, M&A transactions, restructuring) by means of sound business analysis (business modelling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.). The Finance Business Partner CT/AMI will be further driving CT/AMI Systems' financial performance to exceed industry benchmark levels, achieve the Strategic Plan of Record (SPoR) ambitions and AOP targets.
Your role:
Co-manage the BU business portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) with specific responsibility for global CT/AMI R&D and Service business.
Drive and execute organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of market share and competitive position.
Monitor the financial position of the Business and its product families. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions where needed (e.g. margin, cost and productivity improvements).
Supports the BU's Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis.
Supports and conducts investment business case preparations and reviews (e.g. marketing programs, R&D expenses, Capex).
Serve as finance business partner of CT/AMI entrepreneurial ORU.
Manage relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial control.
Business integrity: adherence to IFRS and GBP requirements. Monitors and controls functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOX compliance. Maintains proper financial documentation.
You're the right fit if:
Master's degree from accredited university with a minimum of 10 years work experience in finance / accounting in global matrixed settings.
High flexibility to change with dynamic situations and the creativity to overcome problems with solutions.
Advanced excel skills, experience with SAP, SQL cubes, Power BI.
Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS).
Confident, team player, good communicator, eager to learn and grow.
