Finance Associate Manager / Lvl 4 / Grand Prairie, TX

Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an Associate Finance Manager supporting the Program Finance organization within the Tactical and Strike Missiles line of business located in Grand Prairie, TX. This position will be the associate manager for the Sustainment programs and work with Planning, Program Management, and other stakeholders to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. The qualified candidate will be a leader responsible for supporting the team and working management aspects of the job, training and mentoring of subordinate personnel.

The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior analysts in the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Program Cost Control

• Establishing and Managing Program Cost Baselines

• Financial Customer Reporting

• CSR and LRP Generation

• Affordability and Product Life Cycle Cost Analysis

• Business Case Analysis

• Training of Junior Analysts

• Ad Hoc Requests

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Team player with excellent communication and organization skills, strong analytical ability, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data

• Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills

• Ability to be a mentor for staff and provide guidance

• Ability to interact with senior internal/external stakeholder

• Must be able to work under tight deadlines

• Self-starter

Desired Skills:

• Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business related degree

• Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude

• Prior experience in LM Program Finance/Cost Control

• Proven experience leading a team

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
