As a Finance Associate Analyst at PepsiCo, you will be a key Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. The Finance Associate Analyst will be a key contact within the NAN SG&A team. The Finance Associate Analyst will provide overall process support for period close, preparation of forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), along with financial analysis and reporting.
Providing insightful analysis of SG&A business results and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem-solving and business-improving recommendations
Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting and forecast analysis
Period close activities to include working closely with the controller's group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
BPC system administrator and key systems contact for cost center owners
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested
Working with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights
Ability to function well in a team environment
Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage information gathering requests and effectively interact with cross-functional partners
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications (experience with BPC/SAP/Concur a plus)
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
