We are looking for a Process and Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This person would be reporting to the Program Manager and will work directly with the Senior Managers, as well as peers across the technology and innovation teams.

The Process and Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership to deliver essential overall process execution, financial management, reporting, Innovation Partner Day Event(s), and other leadership requirements to drive results across the team's portfolio. We are looking for someone who can be responsible for coordinating the progress and completion of these tasks. Responsibilities: Manage processes surrounding team Finances, working directly with the Program Manager and delivering to the Director of Technology Innovation, to ensure flawless delivery of the annual financials:

Perform detailed tracking and consolidated reporting of financial spending (Quarterly Forecasting, AOP, "value in kind" tracking, etc). Assemble and report the AOP Planning with the Program Manager and Director of Technology Innovation. Facilitate, organize, and run bi-meetings with the Finance team. Facilitate and gather quarterly syncs with Project Leads to forecast project estimates.

Pull and analyze Quarter-To-Date (QTD) Reports to track and understand actuals, reclass needs, etc. Track commitments for internal and 3rd party consultants, contractors, licenses, etc. Capture and manage follow-up taste from meetings and verbal discussions.

Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports and dashboards (analytics) using systems and applications (e.g., SAP, Power BI, etc.). Identify financial issues and present analyses in a format that clearly communicates results, identifying options for improvement and/or solutions. Process management: Act as second-in-command to the Program Manager on the project reporting and status collection across individual projects and leaders.

Help organize the communication of status (including financial) and project delivery on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring consistency across the portfolio of projects. Run the Project Leads Monthly meeting; document and ensure completion of follow-up items and deliverables.

Work with leadership to manage the production and design of communication packages, including presentations, shipping forecasts, and visual data for senior executives.

Assemble and coordinate version management of quarterly decks (Quarterly Retreat, Steering Committee Meetings, External Partner Meetings, Project plans, etc). Assist with the coordination of reporting templates and proofreading of various project/program reporting documents. Assist in managing the cadence of video productions necessary for project reporting and sizzles/roundups.

Develop, deliver, and maintain planning tools regarding program activity and needs.

Communicate regularly and reliably to a wider team and peers via regular check-in meetings, email, and other collaboration systems. Facilitate, organize, and run meetings and milestone reviews.

Identify blockers and impediments, and raise them to leadership.

Event management: Responsible for the critical delivery of the annual Innovation Partnerevent(s) series, including bi-annual Partner Day (hosting 6 technology company senior executives and Board members in an offsite), and events at key industry touchpoints during the year. Basic Qualifications:

Act as second-in-command to the Program Manager on the project reporting and status collection across individual projects and leaders.

Event management: Responsible for the critical delivery of the annual Innovation Partner event(s) series, including bi-annual Partner Day (hosting 6 technology company senior executives and Board members in an offsite), and events at key industry touchpoints during the year.

Plan, organized, and managed events such as Innovation Partner Day with internal and external partners. Including but not limited to securing event space, and vendors, sending executive-level invites and monitoring RSVPs, communicating with event guests, researching, updating distribution lists, collecting copy, and overseeing approvals for all event graphics, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, speaker coordination, content development, and attendee experience.

First point of contact for all events production. Ownership of budget for annual events. 7 years of experience as a Program Manager or equivalent, ideally within a large-scale corporation's technology department. Proven ability to set and meet milestones, with clear and timely communication.

Strong written and verbal skills. Strong partnership skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment. Excellent project management skills and ability to think strategically through logistics.

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (Creatives, technical leads, executives, innovation partners, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or field experience equivalent. Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment while maintaining one's composure and structure.

The salary will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant education, qualifications, experience, technical skills, and business needs. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
