Job Description

  • Drive process simplification and reduce non-value added activities

  • Continue to enhance daily, weekly and periodic performance reporting to deliver clear, consistent messaging and data to ensure business priorities

  • Create an externally focused mindset

  • Continue to expand competitive insights tracking and reporting to be included in periodic Rev Man Scorecard, reviewed weekly Commercial Council, and presented biweekly at the Rev Man team meeting

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the price/pack roadmap with clear path for:

  • Maximizing Core pack profitability by delivering or exceeding 12oz can and 2L full year pricing plans

  • Continued growth of more packs (multi-pack PET, mini-cans, 1.5L, glass) delivering greater than full year plan revenue growth

  • Increase single serve performance to maximize profitability and maintain full year share swing to the competition

  • Contribute to the PSP & AOP process for revenue management

  • Drive the development of the annual price/pack architecture

  • Drive the development of the National AOP presentation of the Revenue Roadmap

Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)

Work Experience:
3 - 4 years of finance analyst experience

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes

  • Ability to function well in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests

  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications

  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision

This role will give the qualified candidate the ability to influence and grow organizational knowledge by applying new and existing analytical techniques to marketing and media disciplines. Through working with their manager, peers & agencies the senior analyst will develop insights that will drive new media learning, optimization, and efficiency for their marketing partners. This position will act a trusted resource within the marketing department to ensure the usage of the appropriate tools and research methods to gain a competitive advantage in the media space. Major Responsibilities: * Lead internal and external media analytics projects * Manage, leverage, and develop custom and syndicated analytical tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues, identify information needs, and make actionable recommendations * Translate media insights to impact business priorities * Continuously review and analyze the ever-changing media and measurement landscape * Ability to summarize complex findings and make them digestible for non-researchers * Manage the day to day activities of our media agencies to ensure timely and insightful information * Managing relationships with 3rd party measurement partners (e.g. Kantar Millward Brown, Nielsen/Catalina, comScore, Research Now, Oracle/Datalogix, MOAT, etc.) Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome * Data visualization experience with platforms such as Datorama, Tableau or similar * Proficiency in tools such SQL, SAS, R, Python a plus * 4+ years of relevant experience in quantitative research and/or data analysis * Agency background preferred * Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required * Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills * Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines * Able to independently manage projects from start to finish with limited guidance of manager Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
