Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, outlooking/business plan, monthly close, weekly pulse, and special projects which support multiple groups within the Hospitality Finance organization. This position will interact with Finance and several functional areas; and interface with multiple levels of management.
Contributes to the area BU planning and controlling processes by collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial results, enabling the production of annual business plans and monthly/quarterly outlook
Develop and implement processes to support Hospitality LoB management system (weekly/monthly/quarterly review requirements).
Develop standard reports and manage the distribution of standard reporting and metrics.
Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Position must interface with Manager/Team Leader to escalate issues, provide updates and effect improvements
Work in a collaborative and globally diverse environment as a team player and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria, with execution tightly adherent to pre-defined calendar of deliverables
Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related business discipline.
3 years of equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Business Objects, SQL, Essbase (or comparable tools).
Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
Proficient in database management with ability to learn to new systems/tools.
