As part of the Finance Strategy & Operations team, the Financial Analyst will support several important Enterprise Finance projects. The work will require managing data for the Finance Value Capture Office team that measures the financial impact of the Enterprise wide Transformation Program; providing analytical and project management support for Enterprise cash flow generation & optimization initiatives; and supporting new Enterprise Finance strategy initiatives.


  • Coordinate with various Transformation Program workstreams to measure and track the value from several transformation projects, which includes Growth initiatives, Spend savings efforts and the efficiencies we're creating in our operating model changes

  • Produce monthly financial report and review the results with the Finance Strategy & Operations leadership

  • Provide analytical support and financial modeling to evaluate strategies that maximize, generate and capture cash flow across the enterprise

  • Perform financial modeling and assessment of the impact of government policy and industry changes on our business

  • Conduct various ad hoc analyses and provide general financial/data support to help business partners solve problems and understand the financial implications

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Finance professionals across the Company

Minimum Experience & Education

  • Typically requires 4+ years of finance experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Critical Skills

  • 4 years of finance experience with a medium to large size company;

  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate results clearly (written and verbal); translate numbers into stories

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (v-lookups, pivots, functions) & Powerpoint;

  • Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Process improvement exposure preferred

  • Adaptable to changing environment/technology

QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the finance, real estate or accounting area. Work Experience: 1 to 3 year's experience in finance or accounting. Background in commercial lending or servicing preferred.
