Finance Analyst Lead

Duties

• Build financial models to analyze various situations and their impact on the company's performance.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights for better decision-making by leadership.
• Leverage financial expertise to translate complex data into clear and actionable reports.
• Manage firm-wide financial projects and fulfill complex financial requests from department heads.
• Respond to inquiries and requests via the team email, prioritizing urgency and ensuring smooth handoff to colleagues across time zones.
• Develop standardized tools for efficient data reporting and analysis.
• Maintain meticulous records documenting procedures, methodologies, data sources, and assumptions used in financial analysis tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in finance or accounting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze, and develop financial information independently.
• Strong organizational skills for effective time management, task prioritization, and handling multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in using SAP Business Objects for data queries and Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
