We're is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the Global Finance Team and take responsibility for the configuration, support, maintenance and governance of Finance and Accounting systems. Global Finance provides solutions and systems in support to FP&A, Accounting, as well as Senior Leadership and Operations Teams worldwide, across 30 markets.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of Specialized Team as a Finance Applications Analyst administering Host Analytics and supporting the Finance and Accounting teams as we grow and scale. This individual will be the administrator and data owner for the Host Analytics platform as well as advanced finance analytics in Tableau.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Application Administrator for Host Analytics and Oracle. This individual will be the designated system owner and support all integration points with financial data.
Host responsibilities include maintaining and update metadata, managing hierarchies, maintaining reporting sets, monitoring data loads for both TB and subledger, managing currency and exception rates, assigning user access and security, providing standard financial reports and assistance developing new reports in Host.
Oracle responsibilities include add and editing segments, maintaining valid code combinations, cross validation rules, manage and schedule TB and subledger loads out of Oracle.
Provide financial application support including analyzing, designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, implementing, and providing enhancements within current systems to ensure the current budgeting, forecasting and consolidations solution adapts to evolving business needs
Support Finance & Accounting users during Month Close and Budget/Forecast to load data, monitor system performance, and work closely with IT and Finance to troubleshoot and resolve systems issues
Manage system updates and coordinate with the business for testing and validation
Provide financial data modeling assistance in Tableau
Implement and manage Finance helpdesk ticketing system in Jira Service Desk
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst/Administrator or Power User
Experience working with Oracle GL 11i or 12c
Experience Cloud-based applications; Experience with MS Server, and data security
Desire to learn new technology

Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, as well as work in a collaborative and fast paced environment
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to work cross functionally with teammates of all levels, across an organization
Proven track record of success in prior roles
Experience with Host Analytics and Tableau is strongly preferred
Exposure to middleware, database analytical functions, aggregate functions
Desire to learn programming skills
Prior experience with migration or new implementation of new tools is a plus
