Job Description:

Job Summary

The Finance & Accounting Co-op will support the application development financial analysts in their day-to-day job responsibilities. The Co-op will help run reports and help with requests from each of the financial analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Run and create financial reports to support the IT groups

• Perform budget variance analysis

• Assist with financial analysis

Qualifications:

• Must be a rising Junior or above currently enrolled in a degreed college/university program, OR graduated from a degreed college/university program within the last 24 months

• Must be able to multitask and communicate clearly and effectively

• Comfortable speaking with and presenting to various levels of management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications

• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer/on school breaks

Location:

• Must be available to work in-person from our Mahwah, NJ office

• 5 days/week in person during the summers and on school breaks

• Hybrid or Remote schedule while taking classes (dependent on class schedule and school location)
