What can you expect:

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting (F&A) professional for our team in Stockholm, Sweden. This role involves working closely with both Swedish and English-speaking captive owners and insurance company clients, ensuring compliance with Swedish and Solvency 2 regulations. The successful candidate will be integral in managing accounting operations (AP/AR), conducting reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual), assisting with Solvency 2 reporting, and participating in various projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, assume increasing responsibilities, and contribute significantly to our clients' success.

We will rely on you to:

• Manage and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Execute bank payments and perform reconciliations.

• Conduct monthly and/or quarterly financial closings and prepare financial reports.

• Collaborate on Solvency 2 financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

• Support client queries and liaise with external auditors.

What you need to have:

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-minded, and possess a strong commitment to excellence. Requirements include:

• A degree in accounting or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding work environment.
