Location: Hybrid position (in-person work only 1-2 days/week in Bethel, Connecticut)

Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year

Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8:30-4:30

As a direct care human services provider, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. This role offers the convenience of some working from home while providing the opportunity to collaborate in our Bethel, Connecticut office 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage general ledger systems

• Perform account analysis and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Prepare annual state cost reports

• Process weekly bank deposits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Valid Driver's License

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
