This position's main responsibility is to implement

procedures and controls for the administration, analysis, and compliance with

INAP's sales compensation plan. This

position interfaces with senior and executive management, sales, information

technology, human resources, and finance personnel. This position will also support the

FP&A team on various other processes including budgeting, forecasting,

management reporting, and capital planning.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop

and implement controls to ensure that commission variables are correctly

entered into commission system and verify commission payments are

calculated in accordance with the compensation plan.

  • Actively

participate in revising guidelines and proposing compensation plan

amendments and, as circumstances warrant, providing detailed analysis of

financial implications of proposed changes.

  • Prepare

monthly analyses and reporting of internal and external commission

expenses as required.

  • Work

with human resources and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and

timeliness of commission payments.

  • Prepare

monthly analyses and reporting of Bookings and Churn for the company.

  • Support

the FP&A team by updating forecast models, creating management

reports, and tracking capital spend.

  • Lead

ad hoc projects in areas of process improvement, efficiency, and

accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's

degree in either finance, accounting, business administration or other

business related fields or a Bachelor's degree in mathematics or 4+

years of equivalent experience.

  • 1-2

years of strong analytical experience.

  • 1-2

years of related work experience.

  • 1-2

years of demonstrating strong organizational skills.

  • 1-2

years strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to

communicate to cross-functional management in concise easily understood

terms.

  • Strong

level of experience working with MS Excel.

PREFERRED:

  • Moderate

to strong level of experience working with MS Access.

  • Degree

in accounting preferred.

The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Breast and Cervical Cancer (BCCP) Administrator in the Health Protection, Epidemiology Section. Under supervision, collects and organizes Breast and Cervical Screening Program (BCCP) clinical services data from the 18 Public Health Districts and contracted service providers. Enters BCCP data and monitors program databases. Utilizes various software, such as data management, word processing and spreadsheet, to prepare reports, documents and presentations. Communicates with internal and external customers to accurately assess their needs and provide technical support when needed. Job Responsibilities Supports BCCP Data management * Oversees incoming BCCP client records. * Ensures that all submissions are received, checked in and acknowledged. * Contacts districts/providers if submissions are not received. * Oversees monthly BCCP data entry activities. * Monitors progress of data entry. * Ensures the data entry operators enter each batch into both databases accurately and productively. * Enters data when needed. * Cleans BCCP databases of all data entry errors. * Runs Records Checking Queries and Edit Report. * Corrects data entry errors. * Runs, prints and mails monthly data feedback reports along with any records/forms necessary to District/Providers. * Corrects client information discrepancies and data errors. * Collects the discrepancies from check in, data entry and duplicate records list to send to each Health District/Provider for correction. * Enters the corrections from district/provider in both databases. * Twice a year, contacts the 18 Georgia Public Health Districts and other BCCP Providers for completion of records necessary for State data submission to CDC. * Pulls special projects. Performs BCCP data form training and technical assistance duties * Provides state-wide BCCP Form Training to staff at 18 Public Health District and other health providers and low-income clinics every other year or as requested. * Provides one-on-one technical assistance as needed. Leads Records Retention * Runs list of current records ready for retention. * Pulls and packs records from active files system for retention. * Sends request to Facility Services. * Affixes labels received to boxes and arranges with Facilities Services for pickup and transport to State Records Center. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience related to area of assignment. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Public Health. * At least one year of experience in a state-level cancer screening program, including data collection and management. * Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and excellent communications skills. * Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
