Responsible for documentation activities on a facility level. Ensure timely issuance of documentation and overseeing personnel related duties on a facility level.


  • Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.

  • Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.

  • Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.

  • Ensure timely issuance of documentation.

  • Provide technical assistance to other departments as needed.

  • Regularly review work being done to assure that processes are being followed.

  • Comply with and perform Quality Management System requirements.

  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.

  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.


  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

The WW Channel Final Tier Strategy Development Manager will support the development and implementation of global channel strategy initiatives through a combination of strategic analysis (quantitative and qualitative), disciplined project management, global collaboration and effective communication. Job Description The WW Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team is part of Global Sales Strategy & Operations function, which reports into the COO. The team provides leadership in setting the GTM strategy to enable sales of HP products and services through all Routes-to-Market. We also manage the program development and governance to deliver a consistent global experience to customers who buy in multiple countries around the world. The WW Channel Final Tier Strategy Lead role will report to the Director of Channel Final Tier Strategy. This role will Contributes to the deployment of HP's channel route to market and define key indicators and success metrics for the development of new integrated channel models. This specifically includes engagement with various functional organizations within WW Sales Strategy & Ops team, Global Business Units, Regional leadership and Supply Chain teams. Responsibilities * Contributes to strategy and program development at global and regional levels * Leads cross-functional project teams to deliver highly innovative solutions (but does not manage employees as a primary job function.) * Works closely with stakeholders in the WW Sales Strategy & Ops team, Global Business Units, Regional leadership and Supply Chain teams, to drive strategic alignment and gain sponsorship on key projects * Provides strategic project oversight, governance, overall coordination, status reporting, and stability for complex cross-functional work efforts * Communicates decisions, plans, status, issues, and workarounds to achieve alignment across teams and regions * Builds financially sound, executable, data driven analysis in support of program execution Scope and impact: * Part of a small, high performing team that defines and executes Reseller Channel and GTM strategy projects * Implements high-impact transformational initiatives across a cross-functional project team * Manages programs in a large, complex organization with multiple Business Units * Interfaces with channel partners as necessary to communicate strategy and gain perspective and feedback * Brings together and manages virtual teams across functions and regions Education & Experience required: * Bachelor's degree; MBA highly desired * Typically 8-12 years total experience, with 5+ years post-advanced degree work experience in a diverse range of business functions leading projects, financial improvement initiatives, business strategy, and/or operations management * Proven track record in management of complex projects Knowledge and Skills: * Brings a deep understanding of commercial route-to-market business model requirements and ability to adapt within the HP context * Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a complex and global environment and deliver results, and to influence strategic direction while incorporating key HP stakeholder perspectives * Embodies a strong work ethic, and results-oriented approach with exceptional executive presentation, communication and project management skills * Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently * Strong relationship management and influencing skills, including partnering and consulting. * Established communication skills at an executive-level, middle-management level as well as to external stakeholders * Ability to articulate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives * Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills, good business and financial acumen #LI-Post Hewlett-Packard Company Houston TX
