Position Summary

The primary duties will be to prepare and inspect equipment for line start-up, run time, change over and shutdowns. This position will conduct routine equipment adjustments set up and operate equipment, prepare mix, conduct quality inspections, set up line and work area for sanitation clean in place (CIP) procedures. In addition, Operators will perform routine operation and line maintenance procedures and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate, CIP, and sanitize filler machine

  • Clean-up and set-up supplies

  • Monitor and report production levels

  • Lifting (approximately 40 to 50 pounds to shoulder height)

  • Good eye-hand coordination

  • Stand for long periods of time

  • Good communication skills and working well with others is important

  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Highly motivated self-starter

Qualifications and Experience
1.High School or General Education Diploma required.
2.One year of machine operations experience with preference in a factory or production environment.
3.Good basic mathematical skills.
4.Able to multi-task, possess strong attention to details and accuracy required.
5.Good understanding of the technical aspects of machinery.
6.Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position.

This position will be working Sunday 10am - 6:30pm and Monday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm, OT required Rotating Saturdays required with backup driving Position Summary In this role, you will be primarily responsible for loading/unloading and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working efficiently as a team, you will be fulfilling daily orders to meet our customers' expectations. In order to maintain a safe workplace, it is necessary to follow all safety procedures and protocols. In addition, 25% of this position will include back up driver duties. You will be responsible for driving a parcel, cube van, or box delivery truck. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Receiving * Check in products completely and accurately * Stock products and process returns * Returns * Inspect and count returned merchandise * Determine the quality of returned merchandise * Loading * Load trucks using good judgement in regards to use of space and safety * Safety * Follow all company policies and procedures * Demonstrate safe work behaviors in all tasks * Power Equipment * Operate power equipment including forklifts and high reach lifts * Driving * Drive a parcel, cube van, or box truck up to 26,001 pounds * Follow and safety procedures per training manual * Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries * Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections * Additional Responsibilities * Assist with front counter, dispatch, and back-up driver duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS * 1 year of relevant work experience * 19 years of age for Express Back Up Driver * 21 years of age for Non-CDL Back Up Driver * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers * Above average scanning accuracy * Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures * Neat and well organized * Ability to lift up to 80 pounds * Ability to work at heights of 25 feet * Capable of pushing/rolling tires up to 500 pounds * Work on feet for extended periods of time * Willing to work overtime as needed * Basic computer/RF scanner experience * CB* U.S. Venture, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
