Department Reporting through Revenue Operations the Filevine Administrator will play an important role in maintaining internal systems between various Filevine departments such as Sales, Product Adoption, Partner Support and Customer Support. RevOps sits in the middle of the Filevine go-to-market strategy and facilitates the various revenue driving departments of the business.
Job Summary As the Filevine Administrator you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the internal use of our in-house Filevine system, connecting it to other databases (such as Salesforce) through Workato, maintaining data integrity, extracting meaningful data for analysis, and ultimately enabling the teams that are using the system. As new processes are introduced and new teams are formed, you will be at the forefront of building out the ideal solution and ensuring its adoption. You will act as the subject matter expert for internal business processes flowing through Filevine and responsible for incorporating new releases into our preexisting workflows
Responsibilities:
Maintain and build out the Filevine system for internal use
Maintain accurate and comprehensive data to guarantee it's reliability and accuracy
Support team members and monitor user adoption in the organization
Assist in the operational support of the Product Adoption team
Create and maintain automations pushing and pulling data from surrounding systems (Salesforce, Domo, Airtable, and Zendesk)
Implement data security measures for sharing data between internal users and external partner users
Requirements:
Ability to prioritize a large and diverse set of tasks and responsibilities in handling the requirements from multiple departments and user bases
2+ years of experience using or administrating a Filevine system
Experience working in a support capacity for business stakeholders and Systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail oriented
Dedicated to continuous improvement of process
