Job Description

Participate in business requirements gathering, technical architecture and design of custom solutions and applications using IBM ECM software

Create Solution Outline document, which contains High Level Component Architecture, Integration Design and Solution Design

Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

Application installation and configuration of IBM ECM-related software, updates, and troubleshooting of relevant systems

Contributing to organization success, growth, and knowledge management

Assist QA Test Team in the framing, timing, planning and execution of Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing

Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned to him/her on an as needed basis

Object Store Creation and Configuration

Add additional Metadata Templates (Bring on other business operations units)

Add additional document classes (Bring on other business operations units)

Configure security templates

Configure content search services

Configure Content Federation Services to allow integration with Centene

Configure Records Management

Migrate documents from various file share locations

Desired Skills
Strong experience on Healthcare domain is a plus
Experience in WebSphere administration on FileNet environment is a plus
Exposure to tools like confluence, JIRA, Stash, Banboo, Microstrategy is a plus

Technology:
FileNet P8 (5.2, 5.2.1) Administration, Development
Full life cycle implementation experience with Enterprise Document Management Systems
Experience with EDM applications, their functionalities and associated business processes : workflow, collaboration and imaging
Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) Administration Skills
IIS 7.0 and greater Administration Skills
Understanding of TFS, Build Agents, Release Management

AIIM CIP, ECM or ERM Certificates

Certification or training in Information Management or related topics (e.g. Taxonomy, Metadata, Imaging)

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience :
Minimum 5+ years of experience developing complex, high-performance enterprise software using .Net technolgoies with IBM FileNet /Datacap integration experience.

Strong initiative skills demonstrated through work experience

Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to work on multiple projects and activities at a time and manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to prioritize and plan workload, to meet deadlines and commitments on time and on budget in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well into internal and client teams

Terrill a Marsh & McLennan Agency currently has an opening for an Account Manager in our Employee Health & Benefits Department. The Account Manager actively manages an assigned book of business working in conjunction with the Employee Benefits Consultant and assigned service team to ensure each client's employee benefit plan needs and agreed upon service expectations are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Proactive Account Management * Develop effective relationships with assigned clients with a focus on the day-to-day employee benefits and/or human resources department. This may include in-person visits, entertainment opportunities, telephone and electronic communications. * Develop a strong understanding of health & welfare benefit products, services, technical tools, and vendor/carrier markets. This includes J.W. Terrill tools and services as well as developing relationships with vendors/carriers in order to understand and compare available products and services. * Work with client and Consultant to develop annual Written Service Timeline based on agreed upon goals, objectives, and services to be provided. * Actively manage Written Service Timeline activities and deliverables including coordination of third party vendors and internal J.W. Terrill team members. * Act as primary contact for all day-to-day service issues and other inquiries for all assigned clients; act as liaison between client and vendors/carriers to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities. * Track, manage, and document open issues keeping the client and Consultant informed on status and ultimate resolution. * Coordinate, participate in, and/or lead client meetings and presentations including annual Stewardship Report for all Client Partner accounts. Ensure accurate notes are taken and maintained for follow-up and maintenance of comprehensive client history documentation. * Effectively prioritize and manage needs of multiple clients within assigned book of business on a daily basis. Managing Client Renewals and Marketing Projects * Assist Consultant and/or Account Executive with development of renewal and marketing strategy. * Coordinate marketing projects by gathering required employee and plan documentation such as census data, experience data, current and proposed plan design information. * Analyze and compare carrier quotes; support negotiation of rates by the Consultant and/or Account Executive; coordinate preparation and delivery of renewal / marketing presentation. * Manage renewal timeline to ensure timely execution of client decisions. * Coordinate with client and carriers to ensure timely and efficient renewal and/or implementation of employee coverage. * Coordinate development of employee communication strategy and preparation of communication materials. * Coordinate and lead employee meetings as needed; preparing accurate information for employee meetings and providing timely delivery of such information; presenting benefits information to clients' employees in a professional manner – including all lines of coverage and services provided; Coordinating with client in scheduling employee meetings to ensure participation from insurance carriers or other vendors as needed. * Review client contracts and policies for accuracy. Business Development * Support Consultants as needed with new business presentations. * Support Consultants with identification of additional business opportunities within current book of business. Key Responsibilities * Obtain and maintain current benefit plan documentation for all client lines of coverage. * Prepare and submit internal client documentation adhering to current Process and Procedure requirements. * Maintain professional ethics according to insurance industry standards, J.W. Terrill standards and licensing laws in the state of Missouri. * Performance of duties may require travel to client locations. POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education/Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years' experience in the welfare benefits plan industry working for an employer, insurer/administrator, consultant, or broker.
