RH is seeking a FileMaker Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FileMaker Pro and possess a FileMaker Certificate. The Senior Developer's primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain FileMaker database solutions to meet our organization's needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs

• Develop and deploy FileMaker database solutions based on business requirements and provided UI/UX design

• Collaborate with the development team and business analyst to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications

• Customize and enhance existing FileMaker solutions to optimize performance and usability

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of FileMaker solutions

• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

• Stay updated with the latest FileMaker technologies and best practices

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience working with FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Certificate; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, preferred

• Proficiency in designing and developing complex FileMaker database solutions

• Strong knowledge of FileMaker scripting, calculations, layouts, and relational database design

• Experience with integrating FileMaker solutions with other systems and technologies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
