In this position, you will be responsible for performing various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work.   • Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing

  • Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects

  • Coordinate file management, including gathering and indexing, with other departments and employees

  • Providing quality control to ensure the documents were properly filed

  • Arranging high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices and other indexed documents within specified guidelines

  • Using allotted time frames, retrieve data

  • Must be capable of answering questions about records and files

Requirements

  • Experience handling office equipment

  • Experience with Word and Excel

  • Employer prefers 1 year of File Clerk experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of personnel file maintenance

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office

  • Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

  • Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Strong communication and social skills
