  • Retrieving data within allotted time frames

  • Arranging high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices and other indexed documents within specified guidelines

  • Support and coordinate assistance with other employees on diverse projects

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of filing

  • Experience handling office equipment

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Word and Excel experience preferred

  • Strong organization skills

  • Applicants are suggested to hold 1 year of File Clerk experience

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
