2024 Gameday/Events Grounds Crew

Position Reports To: Head Groundskeeper

General Description: The Baltimore Ravens are looking to hire part time gameday employee(s) that can assist with the preparation, clean-up, and repair of the M&T Bank Stadium field for Ravens games and other non-Ravens events. The ideal candidate should be flexible with their schedule and be willing to put in long hours for Ravens games and other outside events. The candidate must be willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

This is not a full-time role. This position will only work on gamedays and event days (additional days/times may be requested if situations arise).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of the field in preparation for games.

• Assist with tarping and un-tarping of the field.

• Assist with cleaning of the artificial turf sidelines following games and other events.

• Assist with cleaning of equipment and the grounds maintenance shop.

• Assist with repairing of the field during post-game.

• Assist in snow removal if necessary.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Education and/or Experience:

• Experience in grounds keeping/landscaping preferred but not required.

• Excellent references from previous employer.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs, work on feet for an extended period of time, and work long hours, in any kind of climate.

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Self-motivated, hardworking individual who has a passion for excellence as well as football.

• Ability to operate heavy machinery including mowers, tractors, forklifts, and skid steers.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the tasks assigned.

• Must have the ability to interact well with others including other employees of the organization, media, and outside vendors.
