Responsibilities

The Whole Life Engineering Directorate is a systems engineering organization whose main objective is to influence hardware, software, and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability and economical ownership by the customer and end users.

The Whole Life Engineering Directorate's Whole Life Support department is seeking a Section Manager to join our existing team.

As a Section Manager, you're responsible for leading up to 20 team members in various facets of fielding and sustainment logistics, including:

  • Operations and Sustainment of sensor products

  • Repair and Upgrade Logistics

  • Training and Technical Documentation

  • Deployed Personnel Management

You'll guide employees within their career experience at Integrated Defense Systems, as well as oversee recruiting, hiring, and employee performance management. In addition, you're responsible for growing into and taking ownership of a technical discipline as a subject matter expert, developing and reviewing effective proposals, estimating on-going costs, and ensuring best practices are executed within all programs.

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years' experience in engineering, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing operations

  • Leadership or supervisory experience

  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC) or other related project management skills

  • US Citizenship is required

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Performance Development process

  • Familiarity with staffing and Engineering Labor Forecasting (ELF)

  • Experience with development of proposal artifacts

  • Experience with the Integrated Defense Systems hiring process

  • Ability to motivate team members by providing an open environment conducive for each employee to reach his/her full potential

  • Familiarity with management of program support, subcontractor oversight, and customer relationships.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task

  • Earned Value certification

  • Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist (or higher) qualification

  • Demonstrated effective communication skills

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degreee

This role defines, configures, documents, and trains the Global Marketing staff to create effective, systematic, and reportable marketing programs. The Marketing Automation & Lead Management Program Manager provides day to day support and administration for Watts' Marketo marketing automation platform which includes lead data quality management, lead scoring, lead syncing, automated workflows, reports, analysis and troubleshooting. This role works with external partners to execute integrated campaigns within the marketing automation platform. Additionally, he/she manages the marketing qualified lead distribution system and follow-up process and the integration of the various Marketing technology platforms to create a single view of customer data. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Collaborate with our global Marketing teams to implement integrated campaign best practices for all outbound programs * Manage and maintain marketing automation system (Marketo) along with the involved processes, procedures, SLA's, programs and technical workflows. Interpret and implement new requirements as required * Create Standard Operating Procedures for the creation of marketing programs within Marketo, acting as the primary "power user" to cross-train and support marketing team members on the best-practices and usage of the system * Manage outside partners on the setup and execution of marketing campaigns within Marketo system * Develop processes to continually improve database quality through data enrichment and data quality scoring * Analyze campaign performance to measure success and verify application of best practices and make recommendations for future change * Oversee marketing qualified lead distribution system and follow-up process, including lead assignment logic, lead source definition, and reporting * Oversee integration of various Marketing technology platforms with the goal of creating a single view of customer data including Marketing Automation, CRM, and CMS systems * Develop best practices for targeting and campaign development to effectively reach defined target audiences * Build out of campaigns as needed in marketing automation system * Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing EDUCATION: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field MANAGEMENT: This position has no direct reports QUALIFICATIONS * 5-7 years of marketing experience with a B2B company and 3+ years of experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce * Demonstrated understanding of marketing automation best practices, industry standards, lead generation/nurturing, lead lifecycle and management, scoring models, data hygiene and database segmentation * Marketo Certified Expert preferred * Proactive ability to work effectively and with a sense of urgency in collaboration within and across a fast-paced, dynamic and metrics-driven environment * Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills required as well as proficiency with the entire MS Office suite * Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills * Exceptional communication skills, strong writing skills * Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability * Up to 10% travel including international travel * PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
