Title: Field Technician

General Description: Provides on-site field support to customers.
Performs complex installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on hardware/software and equipment. Education: High School or equivalent. Experience: 7+ years.
Specific Description: Strong candidates for this role must possess excellent support skills for BOTH MacIntosh and PCs.
This includes troubleshooting, installs, refreshes, BYOD support of various platforms and flexibility to handle whatever may walk in the door of the Center. Equally important are rock solid interpersonal and team work skills. Candidates must be able to work with many different personalities and keep their composure under stress.
This is a team-based role and very client-facing in an environment where Customer Service Excellence is expected. Our primary service delivery measure in this environment is Customer Satisfaction with a monthly goal of 98% favorable based on post-ticket surveys. Adherence to policies and procedures for managing tickets, appointments and client engagements is also a required attribute.
This is a fast-paced, work environment with significant variety and technical challenge for the right candidate who enjoys this type of setting. However, each technician is part of a strong team which means no one is on their own.
