Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s). This job may include any aspect of product field support, including system hardware and software, and equipment, and systems networking. Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Determines the most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.
Displays general knowledge of department operations and procedures and some knowledge of a relationship with other departments and their systems.
Uses judgment to determine the most efficient order of activities to achieve established objectives and assigned deadlines.
Provides a variety of project support assistance to the team.
Demonstrates the ability to utilize specialized and/ or more advanced software.
Works on problems of moderate scope, where data and situational analyses require reviewing a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Builds productive internal and external working relationships.

Minimum Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree and 4+ years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience.
